I’ve been absorbed into several projects and have really been enjoying my creative time.

*February 13th marks the day of completion for 3 tracks that will be released. I’ve been working on them with Will Hammond Jr since last March, and we’ve taken our time and enjoyed the creative process of working together for the first time. Joe’s guitars have added magic to the tracks, and co-producing with Will has brought a fresh sound to my music, which is now primarily written on the piano. Its exciting to be almost at the stage to get your feedback.

*3 more tracks are being recorded in SF from Feb-May, in collaboration with several very talented local musicians, more on that later.

*I also will be giving our website, finally, a facelift. Its been needed I know, but honestly, being busy is an understatement so this ol’ website had to take a back seat until now. I dont have a completion date for the new website, but it will be soooon, I promise!

*Feb 13th also marks another important milestone, as I will be releasing a beautiful product onto the market and the launch will be on that date…. you’ll have to wait till then to find out more???

*I am facilitating a Spiritual tour to Egypt in September (10th-22nd) with Traci Amos, and possibly a short tour there in May. The September tour is now open for registration, so for more details and a brochure, send me an email dee@think13live.com. Space is very limited so early registration is strongly recommended.
Also in Egypt in October, I am coordinating a Bellydance intensive workshop in Cairo, Hosted by 2 incredible Bay Area teachers Jill Parker and Avaisha and 4 World famous teachers in Cairo, who exclusively teach there.

*this week, Under Ground Writer launch their new website, and I will have some new poetry that will be up there, so be sure to check that out.

*Last Friday, Im very proud to announce, VAGABOOM! and Dreamtime Circus officially became a 501(c)(3) organization, under the name Living Dream Arts.
This was a huge celebration…SO much work made this possible. Dreamtime Circus heads to Peru for 3 months beginning in March, bringing thousands of children in orphanages and small villages free workshops and shows, through their 2nd International tour. We will be having a fundraiser for Living Dream Arts at Supperclub SF on Feb 23rd. For tickets and more info on what we are up to LIVING DREAM ARTS

Before I left last week, Will and I successfully recorded 3 new songs/tracks of piano, and one with Joe’s guitar. The recording is going really well and the new music that Will and I are collaborating on is well underway and will be out sometime this summer. I’m very excited about the new sound!!!

In december last, I got a chill in my bones telling me to copy all the content from my website as I had a bad feeling! Glad I did.

As Im moving forward with think13, I’ll be working with a new web designer to reinvent what is here and make a whole new fresh look for the website. I will leave up the old pages for now.

Also, recording is underway for a brand new CD which I am extremely excited about. The new music is a very different sound, and reflects my own evolution as a musician and composer. Also, Im collaborating with Will Hammond JR (check him out on myspace) and am very grateful to be working with such a humble and talented soul.
