HISTORY
think13 was formed in 2004, by Dee and former member Christoph. Working as a musical duo, they recorded 2 albums between 06-07, Episode 1 and 2, (both available on itunes). They met in the summer of 2004 as actors in a local play where they learned of each other’s musical interests.
From 2006-2008; Their inventive live show of ‘BALANCE’ evolved graciously, into a group that blends their strong, thematic music with their mixed media performance troupe of aerialists, modern dance, fire performance, actors, story-telling and a metaphysical backdrop of visual display that leaves you thirsty for more. Through this show, they were pioneering a performance concept and inspiring a diverse range of artists through employment, creative collaboration and performance opportunities. They are subtly fostering social connectedness and spiritual awareness, at an intersection where the Underground and the Mainstream connect. Their mission is dedicated to restoring balance in both the local community and the music industry, using the stage as the canvas.
Spring 2008, Dee launched Children’s Educational Performance Non-Profit, VAGABOOM!, with think13 aerialist Marina Karadjieva and acrobatics teacher Martina Oskarsson.

think13’s self-produced episodes were recorded at the world famous Plant Studios in Sausalito, CA in 2006 and 2007. Each episode consists of five to six songs lasting approximately 25 minutes and has a theme that is hinted at by the musical style, lyrics and artwork.
Episode One deals with “luck” in both the lucky and unlucky senses of the word. The music and art is earthy and spiritual. Episode Two is about “breaking through” and is heavier and rock-driven.
